Terms and conditions

Definitions
The following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them:"Casino" refers to Shoshone Bannock Hotel Event Center Casino;"Player" or "Customer" means any person who uses or attempts to use services of the Casino, including all promotions offered by the Casino.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering with the Casino or using its facilities, a Player acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions ("Agreement").
Eligibility
The Player must be at least 18 years old to use the services offered by the Casino.All players are subject to background checks and verification of age.
Accounting and Registration Procedures
Players may open a gaming account with the Casino after downloading the SBHEC Rewards app, registering through the website or mobile application, providing valid identification documents as requested, uploading an image thereof and completing the registration form.Verification will be required at least 30 days from opening of any gaming account.
Gambling Responsibility
The Casino encourages players to gamble responsibly; please see section on Responsible Gambling Features in this Agreement for more information.Any suspected fraud or money laundering may result in suspension or termination of a player's account, and/or reporting to relevant authorities.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits must be made using the methods permitted by the Casino as posted on its website.The maximum withdrawal amount is subject to change but is currently limited to $5,000 daily for Diamond tier members, $2,500 per day for regular Players Club members and $10,000 weekly.
Withdrawal Limits
Regular players may withdraw up to a limit of $2,500 within 24 hours.Increased withdrawal limits apply to verified Platinum and Diamond-tier members.
Bonus Rules and Conditions
The Casino shall reserve the right at all times without notice or any liability to change bonus rules including eligibility for specific bonuses, their values and expiration dates; bonuses may only be awarded if a player fulfills specific criteria which could include making a minimum bet within specified time period after opening an account.
Excluded Players
The Casino reserves the right not to accept individuals who are already excluded from gaming facilities due to self-imposed restrictions, exclusion lists or any other valid reason.Employees of the Casino and immediate family members thereof may also be refused access at management's discretion.
Account Restriction
In case of suspicious activity related to a player’s account, casino reserves its right to restrict a Player from participating in promotional events; failure to cooperate with Casino officials or verification checks can lead to termination of the gaming account and potential notification to relevant authorities regarding money laundering concerns or other forms of illicit activities.
Termination
The Agreement is binding for such duration as it shall be mutually agreed between parties.Either party may terminate this contract upon reasonable notice at their sole discretion; either party's failure to pay monies owed creates grounds for termination without prior notification.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of these terms must be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA); venue shall exclusively lie within Southern District Court Idaho.These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the State of Idaho.
Amendments to This Agreement
The Casino may at any time modify or update these terms without prior notice, provided that any changes will be binding as from the date they come into effect; continued use of services post-amendment shall constitute acceptance thereof by player.
Entirety and Severability
These Terms and Conditions together with all exhibits thereto embody entire understanding between parties regarding subject matter hereof.If a provision or any part thereof is deemed unenforceable, such invalidity will not affect enforceability of other terms in this agreement.
